We build software
that people use to work.
construction software used on site every day
Flavoureak is a UK software company. We run our own products, which is how we know what it takes to keep one alive, and we build systems for other businesses on the same terms.
What we have built
Two products, in front of real people.
Not case studies for somebody else. These are ours: we designed them, built them, sell them and keep them running, which is a different kind of knowing from having delivered a project and left.
Construction management for UK builders, from the quote to the warranty.
One record carries a job from the first estimate to the last certificate: quoting, scheduling, site diaries, health and safety paperwork, CIS, VAT and invoicing. The same record opens on a laptop in an office and on a phone in a basement with no signal.
It is a large product built for an unglamorous trade, which is the point. The work is subcontractor tax treated correctly, payment notices dated to the Construction Act, and a photograph taken in a plant room that reaches the office before the operative does.
- Live with paying UK customers
- iPhone and Android apps on both stores
- Estimating, safety, payments and reporting in one system

CurioKids
In beta
A teaching platform for children learning English, built around the live lesson.
Live video classes with an interactive whiteboard, lesson content generated for the child in front of the teacher, teacher onboarding and scheduling, and booking and billing for the parent.
It is in beta: running, in front of real teachers and families, and still being shaped by what they do with it.
- Live classes with an interactive whiteboard
- Lesson content generated per child
- Booking and billing for parents
In development
What we are building next.
Named as directions rather than as dates. A roadmap on a marketing page is a promise somebody will hold you to, and the useful thing to know is where the work is going.
Assistants that do the job, not the demo
Software that drafts the document, reads the tender, prices the work and then hands a person something to check. The interesting part is not the model, it is everything around it: what it is allowed to see, what it costs per call, and what happens when it is wrong.
Products for trades nobody builds for
The same approach as Estimark, pointed at other working lives that run on paper, WhatsApp and a whiteboard because no product was ever written for them.
The parts every product needs twice
Billing, permissions, audit, offline sync and document generation, built once and reused. It is why a second product costs a fraction of the first.
Work with us
The same thing, built for your business.
Cloud software with AI where it does real work, for companies whose operation is running on spreadsheets, paper and somebody’s memory. We take it from the first conversation to a system people use on a Monday morning.
01
Cloud software, built to be run
Not a prototype and not a slide deck. A system with a database behind it, a deployment that can be repeated, and somebody who has had to keep one alive while customers were using it.
02
AI where it earns its place
We put models into products that take money, so the questions we ask first are what it costs per call, what it does with a customer’s documents, and what the screen shows when the answer is wrong. An assistant that cannot answer those is a demonstration.
03
Mobile that works with no signal
Native iPhone and Android, for the people whose job happens in a basement, a plant room or a field. Capture first, sync later, and never lose what somebody typed.
04
The unglamorous half
Tax rules, payment law, data protection, audit trails and the accessibility of a form. This is most of the work in any real system and it is where projects quietly fail.
We use it before you do
Everything here runs in production for somebody. We are not describing a method we read about.
You get the repository
The code, the deployment and the documentation are yours. No agency lock-in, and nothing that only we can run.
Small and direct
You talk to whoever is building it. There is no account layer between you and the work.
Start a conversation
Tell us what your business does by hand.
One email, read by the person who would build it. Say what the work is and what it costs you today, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building.
